Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our swimwear, training equipment, and aquatic accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Active Swimwear (unless defective)
  • Boy’s Competition & Training Swimwear
  • Boys Briefs & Racers
  • Body Lotion and Body Wash (opened products)
  • Aqua Gloves

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the original packaging
  5. Include the completed return form in your package
  6. Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your authorization)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days)

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
